About Tom D.
Tom has been part of Bellhaven's maintenance crew since 2025 and brings a background in construction and facilities maintenance.
He handles move-in and move-out inspections, lock changes and the everyday repairs that keep homes in good shape across the Idaho Falls area. He’s quick to flag problems early, and when a fix is simple he’ll walk a tenant through it over the phone instead of billing a trip.
