From the very beginning of my fiancés and I's house hunting journey there wasn't anything that Brady wasn't willing to help with, answer, or already had a solution too. No question too small, or request too absurd. When we closed on our house, Brady even gave us an ozone machine to assist in cleaning out any old scents. I truly believe Bellhaven went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I truly don't believe there is another realtor in the market like them and I will recommend them over and over again. "We’ve only been using Bellhaven’s property management company for a couple of months. So far we’ve only been through the process of listing our property for rent and searching for tenants. We have not used the property management company’s services yet for any repairs or problems with tenants. But so far they have been easy to work with, communication has been very clear and quick, and once we set rent at a reasonable rate, our property was leased and occupied within a very short time frame. From what I’ve experienced so far, I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent out properties."
