About Brady Bell
Brady started his real estate career in 2019 as a mortgage loan originator at his dad's brokerage. Over the next few years he helped hundreds of families finance their homes and closed tens of millions of dollars in mortgages each year.
He and Lindsay bought their first home in 2017 and their first rental, a cabin in Island Park, in 2021. Managing properties for other investors came next, and they earned their real estate licenses that December.
In 2025 they launched Bellhaven as a property management-first brokerage. Today Brady leads the company as CEO, works with property owners statewide on property management, and helps buyers, sellers and investors across Southeast Idaho with a lender’s eye for the numbers.
